About e-Plastics.org E-plastics.org is a program of the International Association of Plastics Distributors (IAPD). IAPD is a trade organization representing plastics distributors and manufacturers of engineering materials and semi-finished stock shapes such as sheet, rod, tube and pipe, valves and fittings. Our members produce materials that are used in construction, marine, automotive, medical and industrial applications. The association provides its members a forum for networking, numerous opportunities for education, and other specific services such as drafting industry standards, maintaining a standard product database, collecting and analyzing industry statistics, and promoting the use of plastics in general. Distributor members are encouraged to list up to 40 excess inventory items. Items remain in the IAPD excess inventory database for up to 30 days. The public is invited to search for specific kinds of plastics on this site.
